Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the app-venn platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and app-venn Inc.

By accessing or using app-venn's platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
app-venn provides a cloud-based business banking and financial management SaaS platform designed for Canadian businesses. The Service includes features such as multi-currency accounts, payments, cash-flow analytics, and integrations with Canadian financial institutions. app-venn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.
To use the Service, you must be a registered Canadian business entity or authorized representative thereof and be at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify app-venn immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. All fees are quoted and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes including HST/GST. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize app-venn to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees paid are non-refundable except as required by applicable Canadian consumer protection law or at app-venn's sole discretion. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials comprising the Service are the exclusive property of app-venn Inc. or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or activities that violate FINTRAC regulations or the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, interfere with the Service's integrity, or transmit malicious code. Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.
app-venn collects and processes personal and business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including PIPEDA. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and processing. You retain ownership of your business data uploaded to the platform.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. app-venn does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Financial information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, app-venn Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. app-venn's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to app-venn in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
app-venn may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and app-venn may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period in compliance with applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, liability, and governing law sections) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. You waive any objection to venue in such courts.
app-venn reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
